Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Absolutely! Our team handles everything, from setup to cleanup, so you can focus on your special moment.

How long does setup take?
We recommend at least 2 hours for setup prior to your scheduled proposal time.

Can you reserve or suggest a venue for us?
Venue reservation is not included, but we’re happy to recommend trusted venue partners and help coordinate the best location.

Do you provide photography or videography services?
Some packages may include photography or videography. We can also recommend professional photographers or videographers to capture your special moment.

Can we bring our own drinks or snacks?
Yes! You can bring personal items. Some packages also include complimentary drinks or optional upgrades.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We can reschedule your proposal or move it to a covered location if weather is an issue. Your reservation is fully protected in these cases.

Do you offer proposals at private locations like homes or Airbnbs?
Yes! We can set up in backyards, homes, hotels, or Airbnbs. Travel fees may apply.

Are pets allowed in the proposal setup?
Pets are welcome in most outdoor locations. We recommend confirming with your venue, and we’ll accommodate them safely in your setup.

Can I surprise my partner at work, home, or another non-traditional location?
Absolutely! We specialize in creative and surprise proposals, including workplaces, restaurants, or unique spots.

Is there a time limit for the proposal setup?
Most packages include a 2-hour reserved duration, but extensions can be arranged depending on availability.

What if I want to propose at night or during sunset?
No problem! We can create a romantic evening setup with lighting, candles, and LED accents to match your desired ambiance.

Do you provide props or decorations for unique proposal ideas?
Yes! We have a variety of props, signage, and décor items, and we can source or customize additional items to match your proposal theme.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holidays.

What if my partner says yes?
Congratulations! 🎉 We can help capture the celebration, assist with follow-up décor, or coordinate a mini engagement celebration.
